Erster ASP-Fall bei Hausschweinen in Westpolen

Das BMEL teilt uns wie folgt mit:

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Polen hat gestern den ersten ASP-Fall bei Hausschweinen in Westpolen in ADNS notifiziert.
Es handelt sich nch den Angaben aus Polen um einen Bestand mit mehr als 23.000 Schweinen (Zuchtbetrieb - Sauen und Ferkel betroffen) in Nowosolski (Nowa Sol), Nähe Grünberg. Die Entfernung zur Grenze nach DEU beträgt lt. google earth ca. 65 km. Um Kenntnisnahme wird gebeten.

Comments : Positive results of RT-PCR test were obtained on 20 March in relation to samples taken from piglets and sows. The holding is located in the area listed in Part II of the Annex to Commission Implementing Decision 2014/709/EU. All measures according to Directive 2002/60/EC will be implemented, including killing of pigs, disposal of carcasses at the rendering plant, disinfection and establishment of protection and surveillance zones around this outbreak.
